Utah

For my last spring break ever as a college student, I boarded a plane in Louisville, KY and flew out to Salt Lake City, UT. I was picked up at the airport and brought to Provo to stay with my friends. The first photos are from their home town.
These shots were from Temple Square. The whole temple ground was amazing but this statue was really impressive.
The group hiked the "Y" trail. The Y is a concrete memorial to BYU poured into the mountain's face.

RGB

I saw a real cool music video by Frank Turner for Long Live the Queen and I really liked the coloring of the light that they used to change the feel of a shot. So... borrowing their idea, I took three similar pictures from my window of the tree that was beating against it last night in the horrific winds, and colored them differently to see how they would make me feel individually and then as a set. Also, it was a really nice day to test out my new Tamron lens.

Insanity Challenge

My roommate, Kyle Rupert, and I are doing the Insanity Challenge but we are modifying the workout so that our bodies can handle the workload. Instead of 60 days, we are going to be finished in 120 days. This is also easier because both of our work schedules and my school schedule conflict with being able to do the workout every day. I guess the next post I make about Insanity will be the "Before/After" pictures but today, I felt that instead, I should let Chet know that by the time he returns from England, I should be about 5 lbs lighter than when he left!
